California native moved to Roslyn with family and hasn’t looked back

    When Scott Soto purchased a house in Roslyn as a vacation home four years ago during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021, he said he never expected to permanently move from his lifelong home of California to rural South Dakota but has now become attached to the Day County area.
