Day County Planning and Zoning Commission approved a conditional use permit for the city of Webster’s new wastewater treatment facility after a two hour hearing.
Webster is one of the overnight stops of the sixth annual Argus Leader Tour de Kota. The sixday tour covers about 478 miles. Tour de Kota 2010 begins June 6 and riders will spend the night in Webster…
