A paper recycling trailer was in Webster a few years ago and after asking community members who helped with the trailer previously, no one was able to help identify the trailer. An unknown trailer has appeared in the parking lot where the farmer’s market is held. The trailer was thought to be a paper recycling trailer and after asking a few community members who have previously worked or helped with the last paper recycling trailer, the trailer now remains a mystery.
