Roslyn, SD native visits Roslin, Scotland

    In 1882 Henry Horace Russell a Scottish immigrant took up residence in Day County and as the first Postmaster of Roslyn, named the town after his native village of Roslin Scotland. One- hundred- fortythree years later his great great great great granddaughter Lindsey (Schoenbeck) Koenig visited the Scottish village after her mother Lisa (Huggett) Schoenbeck informed her of the connection....
