When seven-year-old Theodore Ure learned he was selected as a winner of the Great American Hound Puppy Giveaway Aug. 2, his heart grew so overjoyed he nearly shed a tear in the living room of his family’s Webster home.
“I was really, really happy,” Ure said about discovering he would soon be the owner of a young pup.
